These posters include a blank space in the middle so you can let everyone know about your 4 Hour Challenge by filling in what you are doing, when and where, and can be pinned up on your notice boards to promote your event.

These posters can be used to promote the 4 Hour Challenge in general to tell people about what it's all about and encourage them to take part.

If you're planning a sponsored event, this sponsor form can be printed out and handed out to staff so they can collect sponsorship.

If you're plannng to ask for donations or charge an entrance fee at your 4 Hour Challenge event, these wraps can be printed out and stuck onto the buckets you use to collect the money.
