Friends' Day
Our annual Friends' Day is a great opportunity for friends and supporters of Meningitis UK to get together to hear about what has been happening at the charity over the past year. The day includes a chance to hear directly from our researchers about the progress being made towards our search for a vaccine, as well as updates from supporters and members of our team about some of the great events which have been taking place.

Vaccine Development Forum
On Friday 3rd April 2009 Meningitis UK held their first Vaccine Development Forum. Attended by over 70 members of the meningitis research field from across the UK, the day was a great success, with presentations from some of the UK's leading researchers. This event will happen every other year, and the next forum will be in April 2011.
